Terms of Use, and Declaration of
Intent

Warranty and Return Policy
·
Most of our products carry a one (1) year warranty
from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the
material or workmanship problems that occurs during
normal use.

The warranty covers parts and labor of failed unit.
·
Return shipping from the sales repair center
·
We will repair this product with new or used parts,
free of charge, in the USA for the remainder of the
warranty period from the date of the original
purchase in the event of a defect in materials or
workmanship.
This limited Warranty excludes both labor and parts
for: batteries and cosmetic parts (cabinet)
To obtain warranty service, you must first call
770-420-5272 for a RA number. This RA number must
appear on the outside of the shipping box. A
complete description of the problem and a copy of
your original invoice must be included inside the
box. Use original packing or sufficient packing to
avoid shipping damage and ship to us at:

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser.
A purchase receipt or other proof of date of
original purchase will be required before warranty
is rendered.
This warranty only covers failures due to defects,
in materials workmanship, which occur during normal
use. the warranty does not cover damages which occur
in shipment, or failures which are caused by
products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures
which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect,
mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication,
set-up adjustment, improper operation or
maintenance, alteration, modification, introduction
of sand, humidity or liquids, power line surge,
improper voltage supply, lightning damage, signal
reception problems, commercial use such as hotel,
office, restaurant, or other business or rental use
of the product, or service by anyone other than WS
International. or their authorized center or damage
that is attributable to acts of God.
Limits and Exclusions
There are no warranties except as listed above.
THE WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE
PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS
WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND
FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE
APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

Their will be a $25.00 service charge for all
returned equipment with no problem found.
2-
Their will be a $40.00 service charge for resetting
“Factory Default”.
Customer will be liable for return shipping cost.
Return Policies
Our return policy is
not to accept merchandise for return except in
factory sealed, unopened cartons, unless the
merchandise is defective.
All dish sales are
final. No returns after 5 days unless
defective. 25% restocking fee.
Any goods which prove to be defective within 5 days
of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of
the same model. Simply call us at 770-420-5272 for a
Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returned
merchandise will be accepted without a valid return
authorization number on the shipping label. To
obtain an RA number, the Customer should be prepared
to give the following information to our Customer
Service Department or by email:

Customer name and address
2.
Serial number of the product
3.
Description of the malfunction or defect, if any
4.
Proof of date of purchase and/or receipt
5.
Specifications concerning model number, and any
options.
All returned merchandise must be in original carton
with all manufacturers included accessories. Missing
accessories will result in a reduced credit amount
by the actual replacement cost of those items. All
warranty cards (if initially provided by the
manufacturer) must be left blank. Original
merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in
any way. Merchandise initially returned as
defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will
incur a minimum 25% restocking charge as well as a
freight charge for replacement shipment. Merchandise
initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to
us in like fashion.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping to our
warehouse. Warehouse address will be provided
with RA#. Properly returned defective
merchandise will be replaced without a restocking
charge. Any merchandise that arrives damaged
requires special attention. In the event this
occurs, please call immediately. Credits will be
posted to the appropriate account within 14 days of
receipt.
Any freight damaged goods should be reported
immediately within 5 days of receipt.
Please note: Customers will receive less than full
credit on any merchandise returned to sender as
either refused or undeliverable .
